Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

At Snuggle & Grow Preloved, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Australia-wide shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: $15

  • Express Shipping: $21.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we take great care in packing every order, once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we'll assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every purchase from Snuggle & Grow Preloved.

Because some of our items are preloved, each piece has been carefully inspected, and any noticeable wear or imperfections are clearly described and photographed. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

We happily accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • the item is returned in the same condition it was sent;

  • it has not been washed, worn or altered;

  • all original tags (where applicable) remain attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged beyond what was described;

  • incorrect; or

  • significantly different from its listing,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

  • a replacement (where available);

  • a full refund; or

  • another suitable remedy.

Return postage will be covered by Snuggle & Grow Preloved where the return is due to our error or an item not meeting consumer guarantees.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • items marked as Final Sale;

  • items returned outside the return period;

  • items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery or altered by the customer;

  • faults or wear that were clearly disclosed in the product description or photographs.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at Tanisha@snuggleandgrow.com.au with:

  • your order number;

  • the item(s) you'd like to return; and

  • the reason for the return.

We'll provide return instructions and the return address.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
